Payroll Elite have partnered with an independent firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors based in a vibrant and exciting hub in Central London, who looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join their growing team within their outsourcingfunction.


The role is primarily officed based in the office during probational period and thereafter it is at the employer's discretion.


This role also offers an excellent opportunity to develop your payroll career, whilst offering study support to complete a professional qualification (CIPP).


Main duties

  • Payroll responsibilities will involve looking after a range of clients, duties will include:
  • Processing monthly client payrolls for various sized clients across different industries and sectors.
  • Responding to client queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Processing starter and leavers
  • Tax code and student loan updates
  • End to end payroll processing and RTI submission for a portfolio of clients
  • Auto enrolment duties
  • Experience with SAGE 50 payroll.
  • MS office skills
  • Year end and P60 processing
  • Dealing with payroll queries
  • Journal reconciliation

Experience required

  • 2 years experience within a similar role.
  • Experience and working knowledge of SAGE payroll software an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
  • Yearend P60 processing
  • An awareness of Auto Enrolment and RTI Submissions
  • Team player
