An overview of the role:**As a Content Designer, you will be joining the growing and exciting Digital Factory community who are continually sharing knowledge and expertise. We are all passionate about user-centred design, critical thinking, problem solving and designing and building digital services and products.

Working at Capgemini Invent would give you opportunities to develop and grow, working with major clients in both public and private sector. Our offices are in a variety of locations including London, Manchester and Glasgow. We offer hybrid working, however depending on your project you may have to travel to client locations.

What you'll do:

Identify and build strong relationships with clients across projects, influencing and collaborating with them on the content:

Create and iterate accurate user-centred content to a high standard that meets user needs:

Use analytics data, user feedback and user research to identify the needs of users and map user journeys:

Make complex language and processes easy to understand:

Bring new ideas and challenge the status quo:

Be an advocate for user-centred design, iterative and agile approaches.

As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:

Business Development
  • Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events

We'd love to meet someone with:

Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practice:

-
Experience working in multidisciplinary Agile teams to design and deliver user-centred services:

-
Experience of designing content for diverse users including accessibility and assisted digital needs:

You will either already have SC (Security Check) Clearance or you are able to qualify for this level of clearance (by being a UK resident for at least 5 years and not having left the country for more than 28 consecutive days during this period):

-
Good communication and stakeholder management skills

It would be ideal if you also have:
