Are you service driven? Have experience of working within a warehouse managing goods in and goods out? Have a good level numerical data and IT skills? If so, then this role is for you.

As
Warehouse Administrator, you will be joining a small team within a global engineering company to support with returned items by testing for faulty items, preparing quotes on repairs and updating customers on the process of their item.

What our client can offer you:

  • Booking in returned items for repair using the system
  • Unboxing items and performing tests on the items using machines to find the issue
  • Provide quotes from the fault findings and send to customers
  • Provide updates to the customer in regards to the progress of their returned item
  • Taking photos of returned items and uploading them onto the system
  • Sending large technical items to the engineers to test and provide a quote
  • Reading serial numbers from the items and inputting into the system
  • Use of hand and small power tools to unpack items that have been screwed together
  • Labelling items with job number and store within the warehouse in the allocated area
  • Loading and unloading of items in crates
  • Follow up with customers to receive purchase order approval once they have received returned item

What we are looking for:


  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Effective communication skills, verbal and written
  • Computer literate with the use of database systems, Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible with workload
  • Able to prioritise and manage time efficiently
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Good manual dexterity as disassembly is involved
