Hours: 15-25 hours per week (if you are a university student, we are happy to work around your timetable).
Due to growth, we are now looking to take on a recruitment administrator. The role will ideally be a part time role, leading to a full time position in the business.
We recently had a recruitment administrator that moved into a recruiter role with us after just 1 year, so there is most certainly progression offered for the right person.
Recruitment Administrator Role Responsibilities;
- Posting new jobs across Reed, Indeed etc, as and when they come in.
- Using Google Docs for multiple tasks, such as 'Sheets'.
Recruitment Administrator Experience Required;
- You don't need recruitment experience but you will ideally have experience in sales or customer service, and be happy to do admin duties.
- You will need be good with systems, software and Excel/Sheets.
- Quick learner.
- Great communication skills.
