As our business grows, this is a really exciting time to join our team.We are recruiting for a Contracts Data Executive on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy commercial team for one of the UK's leading tour operators.
The purpose of this role is to load and maintain hotel contracts rates and inventory in the BA Holidays systems
Key accountabilities include:
- Loading and maintaining hotel contracts in the BA Holidays systems
- Analysing contractual information to understand, manage and optimise performance for designated contracts
- Ensuring all contracts and supersedes are loaded to approved deadlines
Our essential criteria for this role are:
- Proven experience in a travel related role requiring organisation and administration skills,
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident working on multiple IT systems
- Strong numeracy skills
Office days are co-ordinated so that colleagues in the same team are in the office together to collaborate in person.
We usually support new colleagues in the office full time for the first six weeks with us. We offer flexible start and finish times.This role is full time.
