Role Overview

Campari Group is looking for a Regional Brand Ambassador to join the UK Export Market team based in London, United Kingdom.

The Regional Brand Ambassador is responsible for building trade advocacy across the ten export markets, working closely with the distributors ensuring their sales teams are fully equipped to sell the Campari Group portfolio.

They will build and develop relationships with key on trade venues across the UK Export Market region.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

Provide brand knowledge and education to the distributors and where needed the UK Export Market On Trade customer base, which includes premium bars and restaurants.
Build and develop relationships with key On Trade venues and bartenders.
Train and educate to deliver perfect serves and collaborate to create new and exciting cocktails.
Deliver training sessions to the trade, to distributors and other key stakeholders in market or at the London Campari Academy.
Lead Campari's involvement in key category events, especially being the leader of anything involving our Italian Icon brands, such as Aperol and Campari. Attend & assist at brand specific trade / marketing events (Trade Shows, Conventions, Sponsored events, Master class, activations, etc.).
Assist the distributors to recruit bartenders to enter Campari Group's bartender competition, Red Hands.
Help to build a community of top bartenders across the ten export markets using Red Hands Bartender Competition and instagram community.
Support and keep constant communication with local brand ambassadors and relevant top bartenders in the Region.
Proactively feature and promote brand activity on social media
Assist and support Area Managers on Brand House and incentive trips where required.
Alongside the CCM manager help create and implement a bar tender advoicacy program for the UK Export markets
Create a community of brand ambassadors in the relevant markets that help build brand advocacy, perfect serve and share the myth, mastery and moments of our brands.
Work alognisde the UK brand ambassador team where required within the Campari Academy

Experience and Skills

Minimum 5+ years' experience in hospitality, ideally with current/previous bartending skills or brand ambassador experience
Entrepreneurial and ambitious selfstarter with the ability to achieve targets and effectively organise own work schedule
Ability to function autonomously and also work well in a team.
Strong industry network, especially in the On Trade
High energy individual, ideally possessing real credibility in the bar scene
Ability to engage large and small groups in a presentation/training setting, comfortable in front of the camera
Able to create engaging training presentations in PPT
Ability to travel
Ideally London based but not essential
