This role offers a graduate based in the West Midlands an excellent chance to get on the career ladder, working in sales for a £multi-million turnover company established across the European market.


What do the company do?


As a leading European manufacturer, importer & distributor of packaging materials and machinery, this company work with business' in manufacturing & retail to help them optimise their production processes.


Established in 1987, they are part of a wider business group that turns over in excess of £200million per annum.

Based out of Dudley, they are keen to begin 2023 by adding an ambitious graduate into their sales team.


What does the role involve?


This graduate role will see you interacting with a wide variety of clients, in differing scenarios, in order to build up your commercial awareness and business development skills.


You will spend around 2 days in the Dudley office, working alongside your colleagues to handle relationships with existing clients, as well as engaging in some new business to bring in additional revenue.


The remaining three days of the week will be spent going to client meetings (covering a patch south of Dudley), again where you will enjoy a mix of dealing with existing clients as well as going out to meet prospective clients.


Due to this, a company car is provided with the role & additional expenses of driving (fuel etc) will be fully paid by the company.

There will be occasional overnight stays required in the role, during the Mon-Fri working week, which will also be fully expensed.


You will receive a full programme of sales training to start the role, as well as shadowing senior colleagues, as you build your way towards a potential promotion after 12-18 months, where you may start managing relations with bigger clients.


What are the company looking for?
This is a graduate role, where there is no degree or particular experience necessary.

A chemistry degree, or something science / product design related, may help gain understanding of the products, but for someone with the right hunger and appetite thereis no specific background.

What is the package being offered?
- £27k basic salary
- £35k OTE (8k yearly bonus target, paid quarterly)

  • Company car fully expensed
  • 24 days holiday + BH
- £10 lunch allowance per day
