Imagine yourself in a role where you will be responsible for shaping the future and growth of the Operational Excellence capability in our Transformation Practice.
With our non-hierarchical structure to lean on, you'll guide talent development, enhance service offerings, and champion this exciting capability across our organisation.
Forge productive alliances with Account Leads, sales teams, and Transformation Leadership to identify promising opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and win new contracts.
In this position, you should demonstrate the ability to balance creating a capability or practice and delivering billable consulting work, embracing the duality of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Design bespoke client offerings in Operational Excellence.
- Collaborate with dedicated sales teams for Operational Excellence sales opportunities.
- Actively promote Operational Excellence throughout our organisation, ensuring all Account Leads, sales teams, and employees understand our business offerings.
- Champion internal and external talent growth through effective recruitment, creating toptier operational excellence training material, and managing resources to ensure readiness for client interactions.
- Lead critical Operational Excellence client engagements and build resourceful, effective teams.
Experience Required:
- Ideally 8+ years in Operational Excellence.
- Handson exposure to establishing Operational Excellence methodologies in areas of low maturity, progressively enhancing output.
- A track record of successfully building a practice, offering, or capability in a consulting company, ideally including clientbillable services.
- Solid experience in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with standard Operational Excellence tools and methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, BPMN 2.0, RPA, etc.
