Permanent Salary details:
£23, £24,050.75 per annum.

If you have a passion for understanding what drives customers and whether a product meet their needs, then we have an exciting Insight opportunity in an ambitious marketing department. The role will also cover reporting on marketing activities at every stage of the customer journey.

We are looking for a focussed individual who is self-motivated with a passion for delivering an always-on customer insight strategy and reporting on each stage of the customer journey.


If you have an analytical and results driven mind with a keen eye for detail who is enthused by use of data to make informed decisions in a fast-evolving marketing department, then this could be the
role for you.

In this position you will lead on the expansion and implementation of an always on insights and reporting strategy.


Key Purpose and Responsibilities:

To deliver insight for target markets to inform plans and decision making
:


  • To report on marketing performance, customer insight and analysis.
  • To coordinate and deliver cross department projects.
  • To work with marketing insight agencies and platforms to deliver informed insight and reporting.

To be a proactive member of the wider directorate.

Qualifications and Experience
Level 3 minimum with Undergraduate Degree in a related discipline (or relevant experience in Insight and reporting) desirable
