Description
We are looking to recruit a Clinical Team Lead for the Hull and East Riding Specialist Palliative Care Team. This exciting opportunity is offered as 30 hours per week. The successful applicant will join the Specialist Palliative Care Team as part of the Integrated Community Services portfolio.

The post holder will lead the clinical team by providing day to day clinical leadership, supervision and the management of staff.

the post holder will support the Specialist Palliative Care Teams in the delivery of high quality patient experience.


The post offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced highly motivated, enthusiastic and innovative nurse, who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and who is looking to develop their skills as a Clinical Team Leader.

The post holder will take a key role in developments in clinical care across Specialist Palliative Care Teams. The ability to commute within the organisations geographical boundaries with access to an appropriate means of transport is essential.
