The Role:

Due to recent growth of our sales team, we are looking for a successful sales individual to join our Move Specialist team.

You will have a passion for sales and enjoy the rewards that success brings. You will enjoy working towards your own targets and supporting those in the team to achieve theirs. To be successful in this sales role you will have a reasonable technical ability.

You will be a sales role model within the team, and a champion of organisation who upholds our values. You will need to ensure you are performing to target and able to maintain this performance.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a fast paced sales environment
A passionate and successful sales professional, with confidence and a desire to provide outstanding customer service
A team player who collaborates and engages others to achieve results
Strong timemanagement and organisational skills
Passionate about 'going the extra mile'
A positive cando attitude, resilient and self motivated
First class written, verbal and interpersonal skills
A willingness to learn new things
Excited about working in a demanding fastpaced environment
Target driven and competitive (has a passion for sales and a hunger to be the best)
Sales experience is essential but not necessarily in a telephone based environment as we will provide all the training you need
