Based within the Anglian Water region. Our main offices include Norwich, Milton Keynes, Huntingdon, Peterborough and Lincoln

Do you have proven management skills, including allocating and organising workloads?

Then look no further, as Anglian Water are seeking a Team leader to ensure that the Water commercial and performance data is accurate.

In this role you'll provide appropriate reporting to meet stakeholder requirements as well as provide information and assistance to the Water Performance Team.

This role suits someone who is highly analytical with good attention to detail.

As part of your role, you will provide day to day line management of a team of Data Assurance Analysts, and will manage team workloads, processes and procedures to ensure work is managed effectively and proactively.

You will also be leading on identification and improvement of processes

What does it take to be a Data Assurance Team Leader?

Good management skills, including the ability to set and monitor workloads

Good knowledge of SAP and Excel

Excellent communication skills leading to great stakeholder management

Ability to assess and review information accurately and with

good attention to detail

Understanding of data protection issues would be an advantage
