Tasks/Responsibilities:


  • Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure to enhance their overall experience.
  • Safely deliver and collect luggage, as well as assist with the timely delivery of guest requests.
  • Take room service orders accurately and ensure prompt and precise delivery to guest rooms.
  • Provide attentive assistance to guests with their requests in the front lobby area, showcasing a high standard of service.
  • Manage newspaper orders, assist with housekeeping tasks, and support valet services as needed.
  • Maintain the lobby area to impeccable standards, ensuring it remains clean and inviting at all times.

Key requirements

  • Possess a background in the hotel industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of hotel operations and guest service.
  • Display a proactive and selfdriven attitude, taking initiative to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Exhibit excellent social interaction and communication skills to effectively engage with guests and team members.
  • Demonstrate fluency in spoken English, complemented by proficient written English for clear and accurate communication.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player, willing to adapt to various tasks and work shifts as part of a 24/7 rotation schedule.
  • Possess a good general knowledge of London, enabling you to assist guests with directions and recommendations to enhance their stay.
