Input into the future of the business

I'm looking for a confident & commercially astute Finance Manager to support the team and business in delivering the 5-year plan.

You need to be a dynamic Finance Manager who isn't afraid to engage and challenge the key stakeholders in the business.

Assisting the Group FD with projects such as a new system implementation etc.

As you become the new 'face of finance' and build confidence in the position you will also progress to the role of Financial Controller.

The role will initially be office based but will look to go hybrid in the future.

Your duties will include but not be limited to;

Monthly management accounts with commentary and rolling monthly reforecast.
Weekly cashflow (quarterly rolling basis).
Weekly KPI Pack.
Assisting FD with the business plan/budgets
Managing a small accounts team.
Revenue recognition including deferred revenue calculations.
Intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
Board pack preparation.
WIP Calculations.
Stocktake management.
You will also be expected to act as "the face of finance", attend any management meetings and liaise closely with production, sales, procurement and surveying teams.
Payroll and PAYE returns (via payroll bureau)
