We are going through a strong period of growth in all aspects of the business, making it an exciting time to join.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Inspector within the Property Management department. The Property Inspector will need to travel everyday throughout Leeds and Yorkshire, writing daily reports to the Property Managers.
Full clean drivers license required.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Carrying out regular inspections of properties on company books
  • Completing prelet inspections and inventories
  • Reporting maintenance issue to the maintenance department
  • Creating reports and updating the system of all inspections carried out
  • Helping out in other areas of the business as and when required
