Description
You need to be flexible in your approach, able to judge/balance conflicting priorities to meet tight deadlines, reactive to unplanned changing workload demands to effectively support the Senior Operational Managers, demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, organisational ability and extensive experience in diary management is also essential.
Other essential requirements include having a good standard of education including numeracy and literacy, possess RSA/OCR III in Word Processing, have a good working knowledge of administrative processes, be competent in the use of Microsoft Office Packages e.g.
Duties will include the day to day co-ordination of workload demands, production of high quality typescript documentation, dealing with enquiries, arranging meetings (and attending for minute taking) and any other duties as deemed appropriate to meet the changing needs of the service.
