Our Business Development and Marketing (BDM) team is at the centre of a client-focussed growth strategy that is raising our profile as one of the UK's leading Audit, Accountancy Tax and Advisory businesses.

Our Business Development and Marketing team is at the heart of those ambitious plans, which is why we're investing in several exciting new roles to significantly expand our team.


As our new Graphic Designer, you'll have a greenfield opportunity to put your arms around our creative work and make your own mark.

You'll will play a pivotal role in visually communicating our brand, services, and expertise to our clients and the wider market and driving forward our brand.

You will collaborate closely with the team and our internal stakeholders to create on-brand engaging, and impactful visual materials across various channels and mediums, including digital and print.


Ideally, you'll be a middleweight designer, and be able to combine either in-house and/or agency experience with a thorough understanding of corporate branding and marketing.

You'll be able to blend creative flair with strong layout and typography skills, whilst working to clear guidelines. This role provides the ability for you to flex your creativity and show us what you can do.

From printed materials to digital assets, you will be creating a variety of artwork for projects and campaigns across the breadth of the firm.


To be successful within the role, you'll need to take responsibility and ownership of tasks, adopt a strong commercial mindset, build effective working relationships, have excellent attention to detail and be able to work on multiple tasks within a fast-paced client-focused working environment.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning our corporate and employer brand as well as being our internal brand guardian
  • Managing our communications hierarchy, our brand tools and software platforms, image libraries and asset management.
  • Working with and flexing the firm's visual identity to create effective, standout marketing materials. Ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design outputs.
  • Conceptualising and executing creative design solutions that align with our messaging, and marketing objectives.
  • Sourcing appropriate imagery and liaising with external photographers and videographers.
  • Pragmatically approaching projects to ensure both creative and business needs are met.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously enhance design capabilities.
  • Managing the relationship with our roster of supporting agencies.
  • Innovating and take our visual identity forward as eye ambitious growth.

About You

  • A Graphic Design degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Ideally middleweightlevel experience either inhouse and/or with agencies
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator/After Effects/Premier Pro) and MS Office.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and professional design work.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within established brand guidelines.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
  • Experience with print production and associated marketing and brand processes
  • A natural creative ability with excellent attention to detail and takes pride in the quality and standard of their work.
  • Strong organisational, communication and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A mature and proactive attitude to work with the ability to provide excellent customer service to stakeholders.
  • Excellent team working skills, the ability to take direction and the willingness to learn and grow.
