The Finance Assistant will be working within a friendly team and largely supporting the Purchase Ledger function.Let's chat more about what the role involves
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Processing invoices onto the system
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Resolve invoice and supplier queries
- Ad hoc tasks as requested by the Finance Manager
What you will need:
- Previous experience in
- Purchase Ledger Assistant / Purchase Ledger Clerk / Purchase Ledger Administrator / Accounts Payable Clerk / Payables Administrator / Finance clerk/ Finance administrator/ Finance Assistant / Accounts clerk / Accounts Administrator/ Accounts Assistant
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Experience of using Sage is an advantage but not essential
- Excellent accuracy and an eye for detail
