_Reporting to Chief Executive:

PAYROLL

  • Running monthly manager payroll on Sage
  • Running monthly carer payroll on Sage
  • Paying monthly PAYE and NI
  • Posting payroll journals to Xero accounts system
  • Processing and paying pensions
  • Keeping Sage payroll up to date with joiners/leavers and tax code changes
  • Year end closure of payroll including distribution of P60s

SALES INVOICING

  • Running and issuing weekly invoicing from rostering system
  • Running various fourweekly invoicing from rostering system
  • Posting journals to Xero accounts system

CREDIT CONTROL

  • Weekly chase of overdue sales invoices

PURCHASE INVOICING

  • Posting purchase ledger invoices on Xero
  • Paying creditors

BANK

  • Posting and reconciling bank on a daily basis
  • Transferring funds between deposit and current accounts

NOMINAL LEDGER

  • Preparing monthly accounts
  • Reconciling key balance sheet accounts

ROSTERING

  • Keeping overview of new starters from rostering system
  • Ensuring visit screens are kept clear
  • Monitoring alerts on the system

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £22,000.00 per year
