Deputy Director of the Transformation Office:
Grade 10 (£66,857 - £82,179 p.a. depending upon experience)
This will role will be based on the University campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner.

The University of Leeds has an ambitious strategic plan and is involved in a wide range of large multi-million pound strategic initiatives aimed at supporting its academic mission of student education, research and innovation and internationalisation.
The Transformation Office (TO) is one of the key strategic vehicles that enables the delivery of these initiatives.
The Deputy Director of the Transformation Office will play a pivotal role in achieving the University's strategic ambitions by leading and having strategic oversight for the TO's operational services that enable successful delivery of large scale transformational projects.
This includes services such as delivery, assurance, portfolio office and resourcing.
Working closely with our partners and project sponsors, you will support the Director of the Transformation Office in developing, shaping and delivering the transformational projects from approval to execution.
This includes playing an active role as part of the wider Chief Operating Office (COO) portfolio of activity to ensure that priorities are delivered on time and to budget consistent with an adaptive and people-centred delivery framework.
You will also support the Director in managing TO team resources and demand and will work closely with the Director to ensure robust governance and risk and reporting arrangements are in place to ensure delivery and the deployment of resources to achieve outcomes.
