Currently undergoing a period of exciting growth, Speeds Healthcare is a national provider of outsourced pharmacy solutions to hospitals, clinics and specialist care facilities, with a particular focus on mental health.

From our Chester facility we supply clients across the UK.

Summary of Role:_

Working within a friendly team you will be responsible for undertaking a broad range of administrative and accounts activities, including:

Sales ledger process including raising delivery notes and sales invoices
Purchase ledger process to include matching delivery notes and entering invoices onto the accounts software in preparation for payment
Assisting with credit control
Assisting with the bookkeeping of our invoicing and accounting systems
Providing hospitality for appointments

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:_

Good degree of numeracy
Accuracy and attention to detail
Be an excellent communicator whilst preserving confidentiality
Confidence with IT and competence with Microsoft Word and Excel
Previous experience in accounts is advantageous but not essential
Relevant skills and training will be provided

Working Hours:_

Fulltime, parttime considered.
40 hours per week to be agreed between the opening hours of 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
Occasional late evening and/or Saturday work may be required at monthend and yearend.
