The Role

The Framework Manager is accountable for the establishment, operation and renewal of certain LASER supplier frameworks, ensuring they are compliant with public-sector procurement regulations, easy and clear for customers to use and provide maximum benefitsto customers and LASER.

The role will involve proactive contract management, expertise relating to the services delivered through the frameworks, liaising with customers and suppliers.

To collect and manipulate information from suppliers in order to monitorperformance and to support the on-going development, utilisation and performance of contracts and frameworks.

Key Duties
The role's main responsibilities will involve (but not be limited to):

Undertake and support call off contracts and mini-tendering under the frameworks, compliant with public sector procurement rules.

- 'Hand-hold' customers through mini tender or call off processes

Manage a log of framework documentation & processes and ensure documents are up to date and of standardised format.
Work with customer Account Managers to monitor upcoming customer demand.
Provide service expertise on frameworks within your portfolio to support all LASER colleagues.
Collate and analyse supplier MI reports received, identifying any accuracy issues and ensuring data is managed in line with agreed processes.
Maintain strong contract management and auditability throughout the life of all frameworks within your portfolio.
Collect and manage supplier SLA/KPI monitoring in line with agreed terms.
Organise and facilitate regular supplier review meetings in line with the framework terms.
Liaise with the Portfolio Manager and customer Account Managers to track and collect supplier rebates.
Work with Finance colleagues, managing frameworks under the principles of a profit centre
Maintain and update company systems, such as CRM, with accurate data entry.
Identify new business opportunities that will support the annual growth targets for the business.
Support suppliers in promoting the frameworks to customers.
Work with Marketing colleagues to run targeted campaigns, attracting new customers
Such other duties, commensurate with the grading of the post that the Director or their nominee may assign.
