An opportunity has arisen for a Supporter Engagement Team Leader to join our Individual Giving Unit (IGU) in delivering an exceptional customer service to our current and potential supporters.

You will need to have experience of line-management in a busy customer/supporter care role in a similar environment and be able to demonstrate a passion for supporter care.

With excellent organisational skills, you'll be able to prioritise workload for you and your team, and work well under pressure.

Above all, you will be able to communicate with tact, diplomacy and confidence to all supporters to ensure they receive the highest quality experience.
