A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Lead to join our team based in Middlesbrough.

Here at SeAH Wind, we are on our journey to create the world's biggest Monopile Factory in the World. We are due to be operational by mid-2024 and we are looking for talented people to join our organisation.

Building the future for future generations, our Monopiles will quite literally be the foundations upon which our Net Zero ambitions are built.

As a Maintenance Lead you'll work within the Production team to lead and manage a maintenance team. You'll ensure that all fixed and mobile plant and equipment are installed and maintained to the highest standard.

As you'll join us in the early stages, you'll have some involvement in the commissioning of our machinery. You'll also have the responsibility for the facilities across our site.

You'll establish a planned and preventative maintenance system, with the target of achieving a minimum of 80% plant machine and availability along with the development and reinforcement of 5S-TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) strategies and a culture of continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role we are looking for a self-starter with previous experience working within a large manufacturing plant ideally steel manufacturing.

We'd like you to be qualified to HNC level (or equivalent) you'll have demonstrable experience in implementing preventative and predictive maintenance strategies and leading teams.

You'll be able to prioritise multiple business needs effectively and be an excellent communicator.

In return, we can offer an attractive base salary, 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays and a 5% employer pension contribution.
