We're hiring an Internal Sales Executive to join our friendly team.
Working pattern:
- 8:30am 5pm
- Monday to Friday

Here's what the role entails:
- Actively source new sales opportunities.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product and service information.
- Receive inbound sales and carry out outbound sales calls to existing and new customers.
- Process customer orders to 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with all colleagues to make sure the right products are delivered at the right time.
- Process purchase orders and liaising with the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of products.
- Advise customers on suitable products based on their needs and specifications.
- Maintain the Trade Counter area, replenishing and rotating product displays in a dynamic and proactive manner.
We are looking for the following characteristics and skills from you:

- Flooring and wholesales industry/sector
- Proven experience working to sales targets
- Customer service experience
- Data analysis and reporting
- Provision of high quality service in a customerfacing role

Up to £25,000.00 per year
