Change Recruitment have the pleasure of working with a growing and well respected business based in Bridgwater.At this time we are looking for a HR Assistant to join their HR team who provide a customer focused HR support service to colleagues and managers company wide.
key duties include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all HR related queries
- Prepare employeerelated documentation and correspondence
- Coordinate internal and external recruitment campaigns
- Update and maintain employee records
- Assist with the development and management of company HR systems
- Assist with preparing reports and ad hoc HR related projects where required
- Attend relevant meetings and/or training events when required
