Change Recruitment have the pleasure of working with a growing and well respected business based in Bridgwater.

At this time we are looking for a HR Assistant to join their HR team who provide a customer focused HR support service to colleagues and managers company wide.


key duties include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all HR related queries
  • Prepare employeerelated documentation and correspondence
  • Coordinate internal and external recruitment campaigns
  • Update and maintain employee records
  • Assist with the development and management of company HR systems
  • Assist with preparing reports and ad hoc HR related projects where required
  • Attend relevant meetings and/or training events when required
