About the Team & Role We are a small team, currently consisting of three people each with specific responsibilities. The vacancy we are recruiting for will primarily involve the management of the self storage facility, running the associated packaging shop and finally, responsibility for DPD. Your office will be located adjacent to the reception.


Self Storage More specifically, the role will include credit control and chasing non payments, customer liaison, move in's and out with completion of appropriate paperwork and payments via our software package, Space Manager by Radical. Experience of this package would be useful, although not essential. However, the ability to use this package going forward is fundamental to the role and training will be provided.


Henley Box Shop This is an area that we hope to expand and promote and will be part of your role. As the only packaging shop in town we have a niche market selling a selection of boxes, bubble wrap, paper and tape etc. The till system is simple to operate, stock taking and ordering additional stock will also be your responsibility.


DPD Drop Off/ Pick Up We hold on average 20-30 packages a day that are collected by customers when they are not delivered to their homes. On average we have around 10 visitors a day. The system is run by a simple hand scanner and requires an inventory once a day.


Reception Area We have a small reception area which needs to be kept tidy, coffee machine topped up, dishwasher filled. The role will involve keeping this area tidy during the day for the enjoyment of visitors.

£20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
