We've got an exciting opportunity for an Legal Assistant to join our Legal team based at our store support centre in Ruddington.

As our Legal Assistant you will be providing comprehensive legal administration and para-legal support to the business as required.

What can you expect from the role?**As a Legal Assistant you will be responsible for the day to day administrative functions and general administration across the Legal Team including the administration of the Legal In-box, dealing with correspondence and forms for the Legal Team, and raising Purchase Orders.

You will also be responsible for:

Supporting and operating key systems and processes for the Legal Team such as the electronic signing system (Docusign) for the Legal Team and assisting the wider business with esigning requirements as necessary.
Maintaining the contracts data base, monitoring all new supplier contracts, keeping a data base of all the vital information such as costs, termination period, contact information etc and including uploading of completed Contracts.
Liaising with the Procurement Manager for Contract review reminders, provision of information and general contractual queries.
