Job Title - Temporary Finance Assistant (Minimum 6 months)

Salary - £23k - £25k

Location - Trafford Park (Hybrid working)

Reporting to - Finance Manager

I am currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to provide cover by performing various operational finance tasks.


Main Responsibilities

  • Reconciliation of various data sets, including bank reconciliations and customer card/cheque payment reconciliations.
  • Timely and accurate sending of customer cheques to the bank to be cashed.
  • Raising commission invoices to our invoicing partners.
  • Processing customer refunds.
  • Other ad hoc operational finance tasks.

Requirements:


  • Good attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, including use of vlookups, sumifs and pivot tables.
  • At least 1 years' experience working in a finance role.

Key Information
The contract will be for 6 months, with potential for an extension depending on the business's needs.
