Description

MMP Consultancy is seeking a Senior Planner to work across a number of responsive maintenance contracts in North London. This is an immediate requirement on a temporary basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing a team of schedulers whilst overseeing and assigning planners responsibilities
Weekly KPI reporting
Liaising with departmental managers and external agencies
Overseeing and coordinating the planner and onsite delivery of responsive repair, planned maintenance and out of hours emergency service
Problem solving and decision making, including complaints handling

Demonstrate first class management and leadership experience within customer service with the ability to motivate and manage difficult people
Be an excellent communicator, self-motivated to ensure the smooth transition of programmed works
Have an understanding of financial and budgetary control
Have experience collating data and presenting using spreadsheets
Previous experience of implementing new systems
