We are looking at start dates of Monday 26th Feb and Monday 11th March 2024

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday


The Roles:


Billing Solutions Team


Do you love crunching numbers, helping customers understand their invoices, fixing things when they are incorrect and prevent a customer paying, collecting payments, and assisting with any billing related queries.

You will also be confident to negotiate with customers over prices and agreements. A busy and varied role.


Customer Loyalty Team
These guys are there when things go wrong, and the customer isn't happy.

If you like problem solving and finding a solution to turn the situation around then this is the team for you.

You have full support to take ownership and make decisions to resolve a problem. Collaborating with other teams across to business to improve customer satisfaction.

  • Microsoft 365 experience
