We have a rare opportunity for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join and facilitate the growth for our clients award-winning Commercial Property Team.


The team recently won, for a second time, Property Law Firm of the Year Award at the NE Insider Property Awards and Commercial Property Team of the Year for the third time at the Northern Law Awards.

They
pride themselves on deliveringa tailored service to its' clients and
has a combined total of over 100 years' experience.
Their friendly and supportive team has a presence at both their Stockton Head Office and in Newcastle.


Based at their Newcastle upon Tyne office, your duties will be challenging and rewarding:

  • Handling a mixed case load of commercial sales, purchases and landlord and tenant matters from inception to completion.
  • Drafting and negotiating legal documentation including agreements for lease, leases, ancillary lease documents, contracts for sale, deeds of grant.
  • Providing support and assistance to senior members of the team in connection with site acquisitions and disposals, development work and secured lending.


Our clients range from private individuals to multi-national PLC's and we assist them with all aspects of commercial property including landlord and tenant matters, secured lending, development work and more.

You will have the opportunity to interact withexisting clients at all levels whilst also having the freedom and encouragement to develop your own client base.
