Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team.

As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children.

Your primary responsibility will be to support their learning and development through engaging activities and age-appropriate curriculum.


Responsibilities:

  • Experience working with children in an early childhood education setting
  • Create and implement lesson plans that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
  • Manage the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all children
  • Provide individualized attention and support to each child, fostering their unique talents and abilities
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
  • Demonstrate leadership skills by effectively guiding and supervising assistant educators
  • Drive continuous improvement by staying updated on best practices in early childhood education
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development Experience:
  • Previous experience working with children in an early childhood education setting is required
  • A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of child development principles and ageappropriate teaching methods
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

£22,002.00-£23,230.00 per year
