Shift Pattern/ Working Hours:4 on 4 off 07:00-19:00

The Role:

Collaborate with the FLM to design efficient and cost-effective transportation routes, considering factors such as delivery schedules, traffic conditions, and fuel consumption.

This role ensures execution of the routes planned and provides exceptional service to the Drivers on the road.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination and Dispatch: Work closely with the FLM to coordinate the movement of goods, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries. Utilise transportation management systems to track the routes and communicate with drivers and delivery personnel.
Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all transportation regulations and safety standards.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing enquiries, resolving transportationrelated issues, and maintaining positive relationships with the drivers, colleagues and clients.
Problem Solving: Respond to unforeseen transportation challenges and implement effective solutions to minimise disruptions and maintain high service levels.
Environmental Sustainability: Collaborate with the Transport Planner to implement ecofriendly practices that align with the company's commitment to environmental sustainability.
