Are you a dedicated and compassionate individual with a passion for working with young people?
The Supply Room is currently seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant to join a Specialist School in Wareham, Dorset.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students aged 16-25, particularly those with a diagnosis of Autism.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting students with their academic and personal development, working closely with them on a 1-1 basis or within small groups.

The curriculum includes a range of activities such as Horticulture, Pottery, Equine Therapy, Farm School, Online Retail, and Life Skills.

Prior experience, training, or qualifications in Childcare, Education, Health & Social Care are highly desirable, along with a genuine passion for helping others achieve their full potential.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a pay rate of £90-95 per day.

Working hours are 8:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday.

The role offers a 12-week temporary-to-permanent contract from day one, providing stability and security.
