  • Work alongside and learn from a highlyskilled and effective team
  • Supportive culture oriented to achieve a positive worklife balance
  • Remote/hybrid structure (mostly remote with 2 mandatory office mornings per month), with company office in Sandside, Milnthorpe (approx. 20 minutes north of Lancaster).

FlexMR is a leader in its industry and has grown rapidly since its launch when it was spun-out of its long-established parent company.

The company has successfully developed its own 'best-in-class' insights platform for delivering online market research, and our full-service research team has a reputation for high-quality research and client relationships.

If you're looking for a flexible, friendly and welcoming workplace where your skills are valued and you can make a big difference to some of the world's most recognisable brands - this is it.

The role is focussed on the research process; you will see research projects through from beginning to end, from the initial brief to the active fieldwork and debrief, employing qualitative and quantitative research methods and analysis as well as project management skills throughout.

The successful applicant will play a key part in the team by managing a range of different research projects for a broad range of high-profile UK and international clients.

Practical experience of applied research methods is preferred, but we have a comprehensive support and training infrastructure in place to enable those with little experience to excel in the role.

Applicants must be highly analytical and numerate although the key requirement is to have a desire to understand and advise our clients.

The role is client-facing and involves a lot of communication with research participants, so a successful applicant will be a good and enthusiastic communicator.

Our research team all come from a variety of backgrounds: graduates with psychology, health sciences, physical sciences and social sciences degrees.

The role is fast-paced and we work across multiple sectors, so we thrive on diversity.

Key Skills for this Role:

  • Good communicator
  • Effective multitasker
  • Adaptability
  • Organised and able to work with autonomy
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn from others
  • Not afraid to take on problems and help find solutions

The Role

  • Working as a researcher on part service and endtoend market research projects on behalf of our clients
  • Using our inhouse market research software to conduct research and deliver results to clients
  • Our philosophy is to give Research Executives as much exposure as possible to the full research process; this means that when ready, you will be actively talking with and presenting to our clients
  • Progression is based on merit
