Role Summary
Overall control and responsibility for all financial aspects of Group Operations reporting and performance.

Key Accountabilities

Effectively manage and lead the sites finance teams to provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders consistently throughout the year
Implement and drive weekly/monthly routines to increase financial awareness across the sites and build relationships between finance team and site management teams.
Ensure Operations Reporting data is robust and reliable with any risks or opportunities managed and communicated effectively to the relevant stakeholders
Deliver a finance service to the operations team that provides effective analysis to help senior managers make informed decisions
Responsible for all Operations reporting requirements throughout the year including weekly, monthly, QFR and Budgets and delivery against set targets (P&L, Cash, Working capital and Other Balance sheet reporting)
Provide all relevant financial insight, KPIs and financial data to Site Operations team

About you

Fully qualified Accuontant
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to present findings and discuss numerical and commercial information to relevant stakeholders in a meaningful way
Adaptable and able to deliver information to nonfinance stakeholders in a digestible, clear and concise way, appropriate to specific audiences
Ability to influence key stakeholders, to build effective working relationships in order to help the BU achieve its objectives
