Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1) Operate CNC in fast flowing Aluminium window and door factory.

Prep machining on door profiles to acceptInspect and control the quality of products ensure compliance to drawings and customer specification requirements.

2) Highlight issues in the quality and/or on-time fabrication of product and ensure problems and questions are promptly resolved.

3) Complete the assembly of orders to ensure on-time delivery in full (OTIF) to customer requirements.

4) Eliminate waste and limit of unproductive activity.

5) Ensure material issued to the Shopfloor is protected and used correctly.

6) Maintain a high standard of personal production performance, behaviour, absence, clocking in/out and timekeeping and comply with Company processes and procedures.

7) Comply with Company H&S processes, procedures and principles.

8) Ensure that your work area adheres to 5S principles to ensure that the area is clean, tidy, organised and controlled.

9) Ensure that you adhere to all requisite legal, health and safety, environmental and general duty of care requirements.

10) You may be required to undertake tasks outside of those detailed above as directed by the Operations Director and/or Management team.

Additional Information:_

Hours: 39 hours per week

backshift working Mon-thur 07:30 am to 16:00 and Friday 07:30am to 15:00.

Holidays: 33 days
