The Technical Coordinator role:


A well established housing developer have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join the team working on large projects typically consisting of between units across the Yorkshire area.


Reporting to the Technical Director, your role will include overseeing all section agreement approvals, overseeing and coordinating up to 4 sites at different stages from planning to completion as well as liaising with external consultants throughout each stage of the project.


This position offers an excellent benefits package, genuine progression opportunities as well as hybrid working (up to 2 days per week).


To be considered for the Technical Coordinator position:

  • Housing background preferred with Engineering knowledge
  • Degree qualified in construction or similar field
  • Ideally a minimum of 1 year experience as a Technical Coordinator (or similar)
