We currently have a position for a Service Co-Ordinator / Office Support role for our busy service department based in Hook, Hampshire.


Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Log, process and close service calls.
  • Quote customers for any remedial works.
  • Resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Managing PPMs, planned and reactive work.
  • Assisting with the accounts dept admin jobs when needed.

The position is office based full time in Hook, Hampshire and the following benefits are offered:

  • Salary of £25,000 depending on experience
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Mon-Fri 9am5.30pm
  • Onsite parking
