Job Summary:
The Scrum Master at aPriori is primarily responsible for ensuring the Agile maturity of our organization under the presumption that a more mature organization is more effective, efficient, healthy, and happy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead two scrum teams leveraging Agile methodologies and Scrum best practices
- Guide the Product Owner and development team to achieve their full potential
- Resolve conflicts, impediments, and blockers that arise on the team
- Help their teams continue to evolve their Agile maturity
- Ensure the wellness of the team by monitoring and advocating for sustainable pace
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Indepth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other methodologies with over two years experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Coach
- Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and consensusbuilding skills
- Requires ability to manage projects from conception to successful implementation
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- At least two years working in a professional technology setting
- Demonstrative experience managing a product
