Supplier Services Administrator

Job Types:
Full Time. Permanent. Office based.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 08:45 am - 17:15 pm

At Incident Management Solutions (IMS) we specialise in helping our clients deal with the 'vehicle journey' after a motor incident.

Whether it be Repair, Total Loss, Cash-in-lieu or just Engineering.


What you'll be doing:


You will be deploying and monitoring claims that are sent to repairers that are not part of the insurance company's network of repairers.


You'll also:


  • Negotiate rates/terms with nonnetwork repairers
  • Review & process invoices

What you'll need:


  • Professional telephone manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn and develop
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and I.T packages
