Catch 22 Recruitment have partnered with a leading commercial property management company to source an experienced General Manager for a trophy asset situated in the heart of Birmingham City Centre.

The impressive, landmark property is only one year old and already at 70% occupancy - so we need a GM/ Senior Building Manager with trophy building and, ideally, some new build/ mobilization experience.

Someone who enjoys developing process and putting bestpractice in place is essential.

You will directly manage and develop a small in-house team of 'building hosts' and also be responsible for the direction of all hard and soft FM sub-contractors (cleaning, security, M&E etc).

You will manage and develop relationships with the corporate tenants and ensure the facilities provide a high degree of customer satisfaction.

What we need from you...

Minimum 5 years of relatable experience in the sector and a comprehensive understanding of all building management responsibilities; including service charge, contract management, Health & Safety compliance
Demonstrable track record of delivering excellence at large trophy assets, commercial or mixeduse estates
NEBOSH and IOSH General Certificate (essential)
Natural, proactive client management and occupier engagement skills

Please note that this is a site based role, Monday to Friday.

A competitive salary of up to £55k is offered with discretionary bonus of c£3k along with a full corporate benefits package.
