4Cs Care's provides safe, high quality, supported accommodation and services for vulnerable young people from a variety of priority groups incl:
Looked After Children | Young People Leaving Care (up to 25 years old) | Unaccompanied Asylum Seekers (UASC) | Children in Need | Single homeless (Southwark judgement 16-17 yrs) | Young people remanded into Local Authority care

We are looking for committed individuals and team players that can support our young people with attending appointments e.g. Drs, dentist etc and provide 1-2-1 keywork support to up to 4 young people.

  • A good understanding of the needs of young people from diverse backgrounds,
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with young people, team members and other stakeholders involved in the young person's life and care planning
  • Make notes of any relevant points which will then need to be typed up afterwards as a report, with emphasis on any particular followup actions required for the young person.
  • Experience of carrying out activity based 1:1 keywork support or in small groups with young people who may have challenging behaviour e.g. ADHD, ODD and ASD,
  • Where required, accompany the young persons to appointments in the community e.g. Drs. dentist, opticians, housing etc,
  • Awareness and understanding of Professional boundaries and Safeguarding
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • It is expected that you will work flexibly, including evenings, weekends to meet the needs of the service users. (
    Some of these appointments may come up at the last minute)
  • Experience is essential. Applicants are required to have a warm, empathetic, caring nature, and a commitment to making a positive difference in young people's lives.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Up to £10.00 per hour
