Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm. 1 in 3 Saturdays required (Time off in lieu)

UK Hip Flasks is a growing business in the personalised gift and wholesale market.

We've had great success and an opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join our small but growing team.

Our success is backed by the great customer care we provide and the great relationships we've built with our suppliers.

We're therefore looking for someone with strong people skills, attention to detail and who has a positive, professional attitude geared towards providing excellent customer service and increasing sales.

This role covers a wide range of areas so a positive attitude to pitching in with any task is essential.

1) Customer service

• Providing excellent service to all customers, managing their order from initial enquiry through production and dispatch
• Drawing up quotes and following up. Converting enquiries into sales.
• Providing suggestions and solutions to customers requirements finding the most appropriate products and suggesting alternatives
• Producing samples and artwork where the customer requires personalisation
• Liasing with couriers, booking in collections, dealing with lost deliveries

2) Production

• Assist with producing items for customer orders on a wide range of machinery (full training given). Orders range from 1 personalised item to 2,000 pieces.
• Managing the production process and ensuring all orders are dispatched on time and customers kept informed of progress

3) Packing and dispatch

• You will also occasionally be required to assist with packing so must be a fast and accurate worker, and able to lift heavy boxes.
