Our well-established client based near to Birmingham City Centre are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.


Main duties include:

  • Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Order office supplies such as stationery.
  • Book appointments and organise meetings.
  • General admin duties as required.
  • Handle a large volume of telephone calls.
  • Be able to work within a busy office environment.
  • Maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Be able to work well within a team environment as well as on own initiative.
  • Be friendly and approachable for visitors.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Birmingham,

West Midlands:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
