Our well-established client based near to Birmingham City Centre are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Main duties include:
- Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Order office supplies such as stationery.
- Book appointments and organise meetings.
- General admin duties as required.
- Handle a large volume of telephone calls.
- Be able to work within a busy office environment.
- Maintain professionalism at all times.
- Be able to work well within a team environment as well as on own initiative.
- Be friendly and approachable for visitors.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
