Cirencester - Free onsite parking
Full time, permanent
£24,000 Basic + £6,000 OTE****_

The Role

  • Establish and maintain strong rapport
  • Provide an outstanding level of customer service
  • Support external sales in managing account administration
  • Be the single point of contact for all quote requests from the customer
  • Identify crossselling and upselling opportunities
  • Manage the order process from start to finish
  • Keeping customers fully uptodate with order status
  • Strong communication skills
  • Sales experience
  • Ideally exposure to a B2B environment but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • IT literate
