£19,000 - £30,000 DOE
Our client is looking to recruit a Hire Desk Coordinator to work alongside the plant team and help maintain the day-to-day hire desk.

Day to day responsibilities:
- Hiring/Rehiring and sourcing equipment from third party suppliers
- Ensuring equipment is successfully delivered at designated dates/times and locations
- Full ownership of resolving any queries or claims in a professional and efficient manner
- Ensure all paperwork is always completed and kept up to date (orders/invoices etc)
- Support the plant team logging ad hoc queries (including breakdowns)
- Responsible for account control
- Have great customer service skills and a handson approach
- Enjoy delivering a highclass service using product knowledge and expertise to fulfil programme demands whilst still being costeffective
- General administration skills
- Good attention to detail
