SF Recruitment have partnered with a successful business based in Solihull who are looking for an interim Head of HR, for a period of 6 months.

As a stand alone role you will be responsible for transactional and operational HR.


Day rate:
£400 per day

Full time hours based on site

Role

  • Provide senior leadership for the HR function
  • Advise executive team on reward and benefit strategies, pay bench marking and salary reviews
  • Review and propose on recognition, wellbeing and reward strategies
  • Manage all employee relations issues
  • Work with line management to ensure PDR process is aligned with the strategic needs and policies and wider business plans
  • Responsible for headcount budgets and recruitment strategies
  • Responsible for the onboarding process
  • Restructures
  • Provide support and advise to US business
Required

  • Previous senior HR experience
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • CIPD qualified
