Experienced Conveyancer

  • Up to £50,000 negotiable
  • Barnsley
Our client is a traditional and professional law firm with several offices throughout South Yorkshire. They are looking for an Experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their thriving property team in the Barnsley office.


Duties

  • Primarily handling residential property transactions (including leasehold, freehold, new builds, transfer of equities, remortgages) but also occasional commercial land and property transactions
  • Find appropriate solutions for prospective property clients and convert these into new business for the firm
  • Undertake your own typing
  • Deal with all aspects of transfer of equity
  • Be a knowledge base for any conveyancing questions

You

  • You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience running a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters
  • Enthusiasm for the industry
  • Proactive and selfmotivated
